How to Back Up Our Data?
Recovery is very important to keep our data. Data are very important thing for us and our company. Sometimes, data are very secret.
Make back up of data is very important. If possible, we don’t wait until recovering data. We must save and keep our data safely. We must keep our data from loss.
Sometimes cost for recovery data is very expensive. It can be done by a hard disk specialist. So, if we could keep our data, we must not pay cost for recovery. In other word, our cost for maintain is cheaper.
For general data such as collection e-book from lecture, I usually save them in my computer, flash disk and the very important in e-mail. We can use Gmail as our storage. This storage is very safety and can be accessed anywhere and anytime during we have connection with Internet.
But for secret data, such as financial data of a company, I think we must use local server. Because all of our data in Gmail can be read by Google server, although I believe Google will keep secrecy of our data.
