How to Use New Hard Disk?
Many people
buy a unit of computer, not only hard disk separately. But for some of them,
sometimes want to by a hard disk only, not other component completely.
We buy a
hard disk can be said that we buy a new hard disk, or a hard disk without
operating system. So, we can not use the hard disk before an operating system
was installed.
How to use
new hard disk?
First, we
make partition. This step will offer us how many drives will be created. For
example, two drives: drive C and drive D. Drive C is for system files, while
drive D is for data files. This partition is needed to save our data. By using
different drive, we will not experience data loss when system files are broken.
If you want
to increase the drives, you can use partition magic (special software) after
operating system is installed.
Second, we
format each drives in order to be installed operating system (OS).
Third, we install
OS, such as Windows or Linux.
Fourth, we
install application programs what we need.
Now, our new
hard disk could be used. This is very simple, but for people who don’t understand
it, they brave to pay for such installing about Rp 50.000,- or $5. This is a
business opportunity, alright?
