It’s different from paid to write program in a blog. Almost every article will be published easily. But there are some challenges for the authors, among others: copiers and unpopular articles.
When an author publishes a very good and interesting article, then there is possibility to be copied by other bloggers, only several second after publishing. This makes some popular authors don’t want to make articles online. To solve this problem, salary system is suitable as well as they write articles about news.
When an author publishes serious articles, but they still in beginner level, then their articles may be loss of readers. Whereas sometimes unpopular articles are still necessary. Why no reader? Probably, the topic is not popular, in fact important. Once again, the solution is salary system that paid every month constantly is like civil servant.
I have a dream to create such blog. A blog that provides complete reference for next generation. :)
