Hello Katabah!

On this Arabic tutorial, I make some sentences by using phrase “my family”. Here, I don’t mention members of a family.

أُسْرَةٌ

أُسْرَتِيْ

هَذِهِ أُسْرَةٌ

هَذِهِ أُسْرَتِيْ

هَذِهِ أُسْرَتُكَ

ذَلِكَ أُسْرَتُكِ

ذَلِكَ أُسْرَتُهُ

ذَلِكَ أُسْرَتُهَا

TRANSLATION (TARJAMAH)

1. Family.

2. My family.

3. This is a family.

4. This is my family.

5. This is your (male) family.

6. That is your (female) family.

7. That is his family.

8. That is her family.

VOCABULARY (MUFRADAT)

هَذِهِ: this (female)

أُسْرَتِيْ: my family

أُسْرَتُكَ: your (male) family

ذَلِكَ: that (male)

أُسْرَتُكِ: your (male) family

أُسْرَتُهُ: his female

أُسْرَتُهَا: her female
